By accessing our website at utopio.io, contacting us, or opting into any Utopio communications, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Utopio LLC provides residential and commercial renovation, construction, and interior design services in the Atlanta, GA area. All construction and renovation work is governed by a separate signed contract.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

  1. The messaging program consists of marketing, promotional, and informational messages, including project updates, appointment confirmations, and promotional offers or discounts related to our products and services.
  2. Message frequency is 2–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
  3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at renovate@utopio.io.
  5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

3. Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when contacting us or opting into our communications. You agree not to misuse our website or communications channels for unlawful or abusive purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on utopio.io, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Utopio LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Utopio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or communications. All construction and renovation work is governed by a separate signed contract.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available at utopio.io/terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
